Euro MTF listings
Listing route analysis and execution support on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF — the exchange-regulated market that carries much of Luxembourg's international debt issuance precisely because it sits outside the Prospectus Regulation's admission regime.
Scope
Route selection. Euro MTF versus the regulated market (Bourse de Luxembourg), decided on what actually drives the choice: investor requirements and index eligibility, the disclosure burden you are willing to carry, EEA retail access, and withholding or listing prerequisites in the deal documents. The comparison belongs on paper before the mandate letters are signed.
Listing documentation. A prospectus under the LuxSE Rules and Regulations rather than Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 — a materially lighter document with real disclosure discipline nonetheless. We build the document architecture, including for programmes and for issuance out of securitisation vehicles and their compartments.
Process and ongoing obligations. The LuxSE review sequence and realistic timeline, and the post-listing obligations — including that the Market Abuse Regulation applies on the Euro MTF: insider lists, disclosure of inside information, and dealing controls are not optional because the market is exchange-regulated.
Where it connects
The listing decision is one leg of an issuance that also runs through the Prospectus Regulation analysis, MiFID II distribution, and — increasingly — tokenised formats. Write first: contact@viekey.eu.
