What the work is like

The practice areas are set out on the practice page: financial regulation, securitisation and structuring, liquidations, tokenisation, carbon markets, and the digitalisation of all of it. The work is senior, document-heavy, and unforgiving of hand-waving — which is precisely what makes it interesting.
