The Vie Key mark

Vie Key is a trademark registered at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP), registration BX 1480026, in the name of Vie Key Consulting S.à r.l. The registration can be consulted in the BOIP trademarks register. The "VieKey" and "VieKey Consulting" word marks, the VieKey wordmark logo, and the "VieKey Studio" name used for the training activity identify Vie Key Consulting S.à r.l. and its services.

Permitted use

Third parties may refer to Vie Key Consulting nominatively — to identify the practice accurately in editorial, academic, or directory contexts — provided the reference is truthful and does not suggest endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship where none exists. Any other use of the marks, including in domain names, advertising keywords, product names, or logos, requires our prior written consent. Requests can be addressed to contact@viekey.eu.

Third-party marks

Names of laws, regulators, standards bodies, and other organisations appearing on this site — including CSSF, BOIP, and the names of international standards such as ISRE, ISAE, and ISRS — are used solely to describe the relevant frameworks and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of, this practice.

Enforcement

Unauthorised use of the Vie Key marks may infringe trademark rights under the Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property and Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark, and may be pursued accordingly.
