VieKey Consulting joins the ALMJ

VieKey Consulting has become a member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice (ALMJ), the association of professionals entrusted with judicial missions in Luxembourg — bankruptcy trustees, judicial liquidators, ad hoc and provisional administrators, and related mandates in commercial and civil matters, including estate management and guardianship.

The ALMJ's objectives include defending and organising the professions of judicial mandataires, supporting both the mandataires and the authorities in their work together, and facilitating professional exchange and training. Judicial officers contribute to a public service; the association's standing position — one this practice shares — is that they should work to the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

The membership sits alongside the practice's other professional affiliations: INSOL Europe, the Receivables Management Association International, the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA), the Institute for Financial Integrity and Sustainability, the Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers (ALCO), and the Association pour la Protection des Données au Luxembourg (APDL).
